This product came as it looked like in the picture, though it arrived late and not when it was scheduled. Also when it arrived, no body was home to receive it, they dropped it off somewhere in the building but did not leave any leaflet to inform us that it has dropped. Only when I saw emails of delivery that I start searching the compound until eventually saw it . Anyway, the item was excellent.
I'm in Australia and I recently purchased a gorgeous wig from Fairy Hairs! Although the color was spot on, the fit was too big 😔. Great prompt customer service, especially when returning the item 📦. Initially, I was offered half a refund, but after contacting eBay, I received a full refund 💸. I highly recommend Fairy Hairs for their well-made products and cooperative customer service 👍.
Unfortunately I didn’t think that the quality and appearance of the wig represented good value or that it looked like the image advertised. It was received and returned in new condition in the packaging provided and the seller arranged for a 50% refund advising that I could open a case with eBay who provided the rest. Overall despite the return the customer experience was positive.
