Good product - authentic pattern, well made. Canada Post was on strike, so the parcel was delayed. When I got it, the vendor had sent only one (I ordered two). He immediately sent me the missing one, which got delayed in the aftermath of the strike. I got a bit overanxious, and once again, he replied immediately, offering replacement or refund if it didn't arrive in the coming week. Two days later, it came. I would not hesitate to do business with him again! He's a man of his word.
Although the patch was delayed and received late through postal mail, seller is very responsive when I told him the delay, he sent the 2rd patch to me via postal mail on the same day. Very good seller and will definitely buy from him again.
