Communication with seller prior and after purchase was good. Unfortunately item (home theater unit) was not packed as suggested (several bubble wrap layers) and eBay shipping mishandled the box in transit, causing it to arrive damaged (loose piece inside unit and LCD screen not functional). Got a full refund but it's a bummer to waste time because of mishandling packages. Not to mention how ridiculously high eBay shipping is. With those prices the least the could do is to handle stuff with care.
Package arrived in good condition and even the inner packaging was really nice. There was great communication between the owner and me. The silver is in great condition and ready for gift giving. I feel I got a good value for the price I paid and will, for sure, be checking this shop for future sales. Owner went above and beyond!9
