  2. Product, as described, was packed/despatched promptly. However the whole experience was marred by the incompetence of the carrier (Evri) who made five attempts to deliver the package well after the drop-off shop (Newsgent) had closed for the night. Complaint lodged with Evri who responded after the package had been finally delivered.
