Tracking and insurance included. Seller does not offer combined shipping. Interesting information about this $40 book. The Bicentennial Coupon Series were issued from 1975-2000. The letter under the serial number, and to the left, refers to the production month: (Letter A through L = Month 1 through 12 = January through December) Serial number prefixes were coded to the book value: A=$2, B=$7, C=$40 , D=$50, E=$65, and F=$10.
