Part arrived extremely fast, 3 days I believe. Installed and tested, works perfectly, ECU accepted steering reset without issue. Quality was factory oem condition with obvious care given to how the part was wrapped and how the part presents to you when you open the box. Seller even contacted me to confirm the part would work with my VIN. No way to know if the rack will last another 100k miles but so far the experience couldn't be better.
The seller was very responsive, when contacted about the failure of UPS to deliver sooner, but still received within the advertised delivery dates. The delay was never explained by UPS. It took UPS six days to deliver from Houston, Texas, to Mesa, Arizona.
