  1. No problem with the Seller. BUT……the manufacturer REALLY needs to improve the assembly/operational directions! Almost NO information regarding the “remote control”. It needs to tell you there’s already a battery in it. AND tell you that there’s a screw that must be removed in order to remove the battery tray!!! Had to nearly destroy the remote, only to find a battery already in place!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

  2. FedEx customer service, when I received it, was dishonest. According to the tracking history, they delivered the package on September 2 to a different address in an office, signed for by a stranger. The package was received at my front door today, Monday, September 8, 2025.
