The seller did the right thing and also sent a complete refund, offered to let the item stay with me, and signed a shipping label. This was an extraordinary gesture of customer focus and satisfaction, which is why I am revising this feedback to positive. The seller was quite apologetic and gave reason that the item was not supposed to be on the marketplace, somehow it ended up there. Things happen, but I think how you bounce back makes a difference. I m changing the feedback in a willing manner

Shipped great, packaged very well. When it arrived my husband thought I bought a urinal. He was all What type of project are we getting into. Hahaha! As the box was reused. So funny. As described. Now gotta find the accessories. Thank you!!!
