Featuring a tri-weave composite shell made from carbon fiber, DuPont™ aramid fiber, and fiberglass, this helmet offers lightweight construction and superior penetration resistance. The Adaptive Impact System utilizes RHEON Impact Energy Cells to maximize absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing forces transmitted to the brain. Conehead dual-density EPS technology and expanded volume EPS provide progressive impact response and more suspension between your head and the ground. The helmet also features an expanded polypropylene (EPP) chin bar for additional impact mitigation, a clavicle shell relief zone, and a custom molded nose guard. Comfort is enhanced by a washable, moisture-wicking, anti-microbial liner with quick-release cheek pads. True Functional Ventilation (TFV) channels air throughout the helmet for superior airflow. The wrong parts were sent, but Brian at Star Cycle corrected the mistake and sent more parts. I can't say that the newly sent parts will be the correct ones but I believe they will be. Hey, mistakes happen and it credits a company that will correct it quickly. These people are good folk and I trust them.
