3/5 stars. The storefront is a bit deceitful IMO. First off, I do want to clarify that the item did arrive as shown and described. However, that seems to be about the only thing mostly positive I have to say. Unfortunately the box came crushed and severely damaged. Fortunately the figure inside was ok and nothing seems to be broken BUT this could have easily been prevented had the item been packaged better. Especially where it came from overseas when it states in the description ships from USA
I ordered this case cover but never received it. I found out that the carrier left it at someone else's house. I contacted the seller and they sent me another one that arrived the next day. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciate their kindness as it was not their fault but neither was it mine. I RECOMMEND this seller without a doubt! Thank you CS_Priority for your excellent customer service.
Only downside was item took a week to ship. Had a few other issues with shipping but was quickly resolved through the seller's great communication. Once the shipping issues got resolved, the item arrived quickly. The item arrived new, as described.
