The vendor's site says items "usually ship within one day of receiving payment." After five days, I reached out as the tracking said "tracking number provided" since December 5. I did receive a response from the vendor which said "the item will be coming tomorrow." My tracking then said "tracking number provided" as of December 10. I did receive the envelopes on December 11. Next time it would be nice to know there is a third-party vendor involved with purchase and shipment.
Positive only because item is received. Item looks a bit different from photo that shoes shine, item is not. I do not like automated response when wanting to cancel this order AND item was sent days later anyway! Deception of where an item is coming from, when actually sent with bad tracking so you can't cancel is wrong! Great prices but is not worth headache of doing business in this manner. Thank you.
