This E bike was posted as a previous customers return, but the seller stated that he thoroughly went through all the parts and that the bike would work, that I should have no problems with it, the only issues would be cosmetic. And I could not have been happier with the bike, the price, the seller even responded to my questions very quickly and said if I had any issues to contact him. It was delivered within a week, I ride it daily since receiving over 2 weeks ago. Def recommend this seller.
Everything was perfect besides whatever happened in shipping. Its a pain trying to show in video what needs to be fixed upon arrival. Seller does try to help considering so far. At least it came mostly together (all the hard parts). At least its small fixable things. (Tire tube pop, rotor bent, brakes were tightened all the way) seller will communicate and help with everything. I would recommend buying from them honestly.
Bought unit as amazon return, but sold complete as new but charging issue. Quick shipping considering size of item. On arrival found some parts missing. Contacted seller,who offered to send missing. parts, or offered partial refund so i could source parts locally faster.Took second option.Very good customer service, quick shipping.
