Shipping and the packaging really was something different than what I expected. The Subwoofer was an incredible value and it was described exactly as I imagined from their listing. I did have an issue that I must say was handled immediately and decisively, which let me know Kyle and the gang take what they do seriously. Unbelievably super fast shipping, shipped in a oversized box with a lot of packaging cardboard to protect the saw and anything that could be considered sharp was removed and packed separately in the box to reduce any chance of something rubbing through the box.
