Books were as described. My issue was with the seller stating that shipping was USPS Priority and then shipping media mail. When asked, seller stated that Priority cost way more and I would have to pay it. It does cost more (about $14), but the point is it is what you stated as your shipping. It is part of the overall package when weighing one seller versus another. Some sellers offer free Priority shipping! He had the chance to fix it, but he refused, hence the 'neutral' rating.
AWESOME seller. Gave me a bargain, and was VERY fast to ship out. I think I got it, just 3 days from payment. Across the country. When I saw the package in the mail, I thought... Too early, it's gotta be something else. NOPE! It was exactly what I ordered, in great shape. Wrapped in bubble wrap, so it was very safe. Next time I want to buy MOC, I will look at this buyer first.
