Shipping was very prompt. The item however, was not the same item I intended to purchase. As seen in the photos, I bought a desk with shelving on the left. What was delivered was a desk with shelving on the right. I contacted the seller and the were quick to respond. They gave me a partial refund due to the fact I had it hald way assembled when I noticed the issue and returning the product would have been difficult for both of us.
Accidentally ordered two and the seller made sure to recall the package before it was even delivered to me so that I didn’t have to go through the hassle of having to take to shipper and return it myself. Very prompt and quick response with full refund.
