The buyer messaged to let them know what was wrong, The seller quickly got me a replacement with in days from emailing them, also gave me a bath soap and sample. The second bottle was also the same. I don’t have anything bad to say about the seller trying very hard to make it right. I didn’t ask for a refund but they gave me it anyway. I appreciate them trying to get me a good lotion.
