6 day delivery, okay coming fr. CA. to FL. Good communication back, & forth. Glasses are just as they looked in the pic. No damage. Packing was impeccable. Shipping could have been a little less costly, just high ship cost.? Felt the price of the glasses themselves was fair. Was a B-Day gift to my hubby on the 17th. One plate arrived broken in half, but it was not a problem. This was a generous selection of items and the one plate was not essential. It was not Grammies Treasures fault as everything was packaged beautifully. FedEx in my area of Mexico is a terrible company and I would suggest trying DHL. I suspect the box was dropped from a height. The shipping costs were high, but the items were very reasonable. Everything was as described and excellent value.
