The statue was slightly damaged upon arrival, which was a shame. I put this down to bad luck, as it was shipped during the busy Christmas period. Fortunately, the piece that had broken off could be glued back on, and it s only noticeable if you know where to look. The seller got in touch, apologised for the mishap and offered a small refund as a gesture of good will, which I appreciated. Overall, I am happy with the experience, as the seller showed good commitment to good customer service.
