  1. Slow shipping. Had to contact them after 5 days to remind them to ship it. It shipped from CA to FL wrapped in brown paper and tape. No padding or protection included. In this day of 2 day shipping and parcel protection, it hard to fathom a $500 piece of electronic equipment shipped cross country wrapped in paper and tape. Still haven't installed it yet, so not sure if it was damaged during shipping. At least the shipping was free, the price was unbeatable, and their communication was good.
