The stein was packed thoroughly and with great care to ensure a safe arrival. Everthing that was noted on the post about the product was right on target. My seller was very thorough in describing the dishes and they were packed very, very well. Alas, I didn't listen to his gmail describing their true color. I wanted them to look like one of the three pictures sooo buyer beware, it is hard to go by a picture alone, especially when we want something to be what we want. An expensive lesson to learn. A great seller though!
