I’m satisfied with the laptop after using it for about a month. It works fine, but there are a couple of issues that I noticed. The seller didn’t communicate or show pictures of the damage on the left side of the mouse pad and the popped back cover on the left corner, which was a bit disappointing. However, considering the price, I’m still happy with the purchase. I just wish sellers would be more transparent and honest, especially since international customers like me can’t return items bought

The laptop arrived five days earlier than the "no later than" date. Charger works; battery holds 98% charge. Laptop in excellent physical condition. No issue accessing WIN 11; wasn't preloaded with spam applications / programs.
