Arrived this morning the packaging was in a poor condition it was if it has been opened (see photo) and then sealed again, a second new delivery label was placed over the original,I have tryed to peel of my label to see the original label (see photos) but the item was intack delivery was good and communication was good. Photos enclosed. I would also add it looks to me as thouogh it was sent out to someone who opened it up and found it was not the correct one'sand sent them back to you?
Great price and quality headphones that are well built. I love the Nia range as they have shuffle for tf card. Postage was good ? Packaging kept the items box protected despite inpost delivery driver taking 3 attempts to drop the parcel off at a secure locker collection point. Headphones as shown in pictures as described.
