The seller was incredibly responsive & the package arrived the next day; securely wrapped. The item was well-packaged and the appearance of the item was brand-new, clean; exactly as expected. The seller was great & but will use again. However, the pen’s quality was poor; making the value wasteful. More $ spent compensating for the cheap, unstable, poorly designed plastic pen. My dog is 14 lbs & easily made the square shape diamond shape easily. No info given when asked. Buy base for wood floors!
The model display was just as described. It came packed well and was simple to put together. The communication from the seller was excellent. It will definitely be an attention getter due to its appearance.
