Chain Ring Spacers Includes a set of 5 spacers 2.0 mm thick (fits outer/middle ring or single speed bmx) These babies are used to align that drivetrain to ensure less friction between the chain and the gears. This type of friction reduction is usually required at top race levels. Typically u sed between the chain ring and the Crank Spider to offset the chainwheel for alignment between the rear cog/freewheel and the chain ring. Set of five can be used on either typical 110 MM BCD (5 bolt) and 104 mm BCD (4 Bolt) type spiders and gears. These are known as "middle" spacers for multispeed bikes but also fit BMX and most single speed bikes. Adding Spacers larger than 1 mm may require longer Chain Ring Bolts.
