Sealant tape on the inside was intact; only beginning to peel off a little inside the hood. Some small scuffs and stains on the outer surface. Acceptable quality, overall. Price was around the upper limit I was willing to pay, but it was still decent value. Austrian ANZUG 03 surplus uniform items are rugged and very, VERY stylish. Would recommend. Would shop again.
