The item was shipped very fast. However upon inspection I found a cut and that the stitching was unraveling I contacted the seller and he was very proactive offered me options and shipped a replacement very fast. I am very pleased with the new cover - it is brand new, made of quality materials and the color matches the interior and was a great value Although we had that little hiccup the seller was very responsive and helpful. I got as far as opening the box to see what it was everything's divided out nice in their own little boxed area inside the box and bagged up so nothing was able to get lost. I have not installed yet but they look great thank you
