This seller has been great on communication. I ordered this mug for my daughter, but she was not able to pick up from her postal locker as one of her roommates had the key and the PO says it is being shipped back. To no fault of the Seller, mug has not been received, but Seller has been very helpful in assuring we can have it resent if it is in fact returned. Price and ship time were great. Much gratitude for the quick and accommodating response ;)
Shipped quickly. The two parts to the butter dish were packaged separately and tight with plenty of padding to prevent possible damage. Just as described. Both pieces are well made and heavy; worth the price. The seller was kind to communicate along the way. Very pleased with the purchase. I would buy from the seller again.
