Shipping was delayed, but that's on the shipping company and not the seller. Seller communicated well and checked in with me about speaking to the shipping company. This came from Egypt to the States so I commend the great shipping and packaging!! The statue is simply gorgeous and carved from pure Malachite stone it is beautiful I love it.
