I'm giving a positive rating because the item arrived how it arrived. Needless to say, I'm not pleased with the seller. After I placed the order, I decided I didn't want it. I emailed the seller directly and immediately to let them know. Next thing I saw was that the shipping label was created and the system denied my cancellation request. I didn't hear back from the seller until 24 hours after I emailed them. Not acceptable.
The item I received came in great condition. It was wrapped real well. The cost I paid was very reasonable. You should look at what other great item's this seller has to offer. If any problems you have with your order, they take really good care to please the buyer.
My favorite eyeliners, so happy to have found them. Quick response, received quickly too. They had original packaging, brand new and wrapped well. Higher price than from Avon but since they were discontinued, I was satisfied with the price.
