Vacuum filling eliminates large air pockets and helps prevent engine warping or other damage. A full coolant refill normally takes 5–10 minutes, depending on the reservoir size. It is simple to operate and highly efficient. WIDELY USAGE RADIATOR PURGE AND ANFIFREEZE REFILL TOOL This antifreeze filling kit includes one 32mm O.D. rubber adapter and three adapter sleeves (45mm, 40mm, 35mm O.D.), making it compatible with most vehicles. The adapter sleeves can be mounted onto the filler tool and installed in place of the radiator cap to seal the cooling system for radiator purging and coolant refilling. Please verify your radiator opening size before purchasing; only 32mm, 35mm, 40mm, and 45mm adapters are included. WATER TANK COOLANT VACUUM REFILL Features a high-quality aluminum manifold body with brass fittings, providing corrosion resistance and long durability. The gauge ranges from -30~0 inHg (-76~0 cmHg); the ideal vacuum level for adding coolant is between -25~-20 inHg. A tee fitting is used for vacuum evacuation, while the coolant filling hose is used for refilling. ACCESSORIES The kit includes two types of air plugs: European style and American style (pre-installed on the tool). Also included are a 60" long coolant filling hose and a 23" long splash-proof bleeder hose, both transparent for easy monitoring. All connections use corrosion-resistant brass fittings. A custom blow-molded case organizes all components and protects the gauge during storage and transport. Select the proper adapter sleeve, attach it to the adapter, and connect the tee fitting, vacuum pump (not included), relief hose, and vacuum purge & refill tool. Insert the adapter into the radiator and tighten the gold knob to create a seal. Open the valve on the brass tube, then run the vacuum pump until the gauge reaches -25 ~ -20 inHg. Close the valve and turn off the vacuum pump. Disconnect the tee fitting and connect the coolant-filled hose. Place the hose into the coolant reservoir. Open the valve to allow coolant to be drawn into the radiator.
