The porcelain figure was detached from the base but it’s not a big deal. Easy to fix. Packaging was very well done with lots of padding so I’m sure it was just rough handling by shippers. No damage to the parts that matter. Item will be perfect when I’m done. Arrived several days earlier than expected so very happy about that.
