Professional installation is highly recommended. Instructions are not included. Turbo Muffler Delete: It has developed this turbo outlet pipe for the 1.8 and 2.0 petrol turbo (TSI) (EA888 Engine). It has been designed with 3 points of contact to eliminate any possibility of resonation. This part will improve the sound of your turbo spooling and improve response due to its sleek single. Billet design that eliminates the restriction and turbulence caused by the OEM part. This is a direct replacement for OEM Part Number 06H 131 111. With the Turbo Muffler Kit, the standard outlet of the turbo compressor is replaced by a less restrictive version replaced. This allows the compressed air to flow better. That means more power and also more sound. The standard part is located on the outlet of the turbo compressor and is simply designed to reduce engine bay acoustics. Whilst it subdues the harmonic noises generated by the turbo, it also adds in disruptive turbulence to the airflow right where you don't want it. High Performance Turbo Inlet Elbow: It's a simple upgrade to significantly increase air flow into the turbocharger. It is a large diameter, free flowing intake elbow, CNC machined from aluminium billet to replace the small and restrictive plastic factory inlet. 5-Layer High Perform ance Silicone Hose: It has been engineered to increase air flow through to the turbocharger as the perfect compliment our Cold Air Intake or even the standard airbox. A simple fitment, it replaces the entire restrictive rear factory plastic ‘bellows’ pipe between the airbox and the turbocharger inlet pipe. Our Turbo Inlet Pipe is a large diameter smooth-flowing silicon hose, crucially with enough compliance to allow for adequate engine movement without causing damage to the intake. There are solid turbo inlet pipes on the market, but without this compliance as the engine rocks under power, then something has to give - with a solid pipe it will either be your intake, or the pipe itself. Back-to-back comparisons with the factory pipe on our flow bench reveals an impressive improvement in airflow, and makes a great compliment to the intake.
