Seller was responsive and caring with the shipment damage on the one of a kind item. In retrospect, the packaging should have been more than adequate to safely transport the item. USPS completely mistreated the box. On such as valuable item as this - it might have given it just enough cushion with big bubble bubblewrap inside, but honestly for the price we pay USPS - they owed all of us a better shipping service. In the end we got USPS to pay for some of the damages.
Everything delivered was exactly as described and very carefully packaged. I would absolutely do business with this seller again. Condition listed as used but what I received was in near mint condition! Fantastic!
