This precious Lenci Doll belonged to my mother who won her in a contest on a family trip to Italy in 1926. She always loved her Lenci doll, which was carefully protected in a special cabinet. The doll looks like my mother as a child, with big blue eyes and curly hair. I have always loved her, but I am in the process of moving and don't have as much space. It may be time to pass her on to someone who will truly appreciate her. She is in very good condition and the detailed work on her felt clothing is exquisite. As are her big blue eyes!
