I was very happy with this seller... We agreed upon an amount for this item (a waffle maker). I received it in a timely manner - it was packaged nicely ... There was a small flaw .. I expressed my disappointment, I received a nice apology for the oversight and received a partial refund, which was very satisfactory to me - It was a good experience doing business with this seller ... I would use again

Arrived extremely fast, probably helps we live in the same state! Came properly packed and exactly as expected and pictures showed its condition. Hard to complain with a $12 hat from this manufacturer! Very happy with the purchase.
