  1. After some timing and communication issues, the situation which caused those issues was explained. To further resolve the issue, after the order was cancelled & refunded, the seller sent the item at no charge which was very kind of them. The item was a great find which I was really excited to receive, so I went from very disappointed because the order originally fell through to very grateful they not only sent the refund but then sent the item at no charge, which arrived in perfect condition.

Would have preferred to have had it more abundantly clear in the main "item description" location that the seller was unaware if the decks of cards were complete or not, instead of only mentioning it in the small, brief portion of the "seller's description of condition" location. The cards were indeed incomplete, as both decks are missing the 9s. Ultimately my fault for not finding the area in the listing where the seller mentioned this. More clarity in the listing would have been nice.
