I paid for a item and seller made a label to show it was gonna be shipped.A few awhile and I message seller and he stated he was shipping it out. Again waited and same thing contact seller just to get same thing.I had to get ebay involved.3 weeks after paid and no item was ship.I didn't think seller was gonna send it. He then shows package and ships it out with promise of a full refund also for the hassle but no refund was made and finally package arrived weeks later.
