All miniatures are new on the sprue, unpainted and assembly required. All other items such as books, cards, tokens, boards, maps, etc are always brand new in mint condition. It came in perfect condition and the box had no damage either. All of sprues were inside as advertised. As my very first purchase on ebay, let alone from Magic War Rings, I am beyond impressed with the quality of product and service, speed of shipping and delivery, and of course the value of kit itself. They kept the price in line with or lower than other sellers. All in all, I will most definitely be doing business with them again in the future!! I highly recommend them!
The quality was exactly as described. All internal components were in perfect shape and factory sealed. They go the extra mile to ensure the packaging is safe and secure. I had to refund an order of the same item because I had the address wrong and they were super responsive and understanding. I feel that they offer fair pricing for their products. Over all the product looks good in appearance, the cards are sealed and straight, and the product is exactly what I ordered.
Item came as described, seller reach out to inform another shipping delay due to weather. Item was packaged very well. This seller as been a go to for me for these harder to get item. I will say they do have slightly higher prices for them, but deliver on time, item is always in great condition, and reach out right away woth any issues. Through their quality they prove it is well worth the slightly higher prices. Will definitely buy from again!
