  1. I have used this vendor multiple times. Things generally go smoothly but this time it did not. The company responsible for the shipping managed to crush the box which held the Zen boxes. This resulted in boxes being unusable. ValyouGeneral is replacing the crushed cartons easily and quickly. Exemplary customer service. Needless to say, I will use them again.
