  1. For whatever reason the package never came. Tracking said it was delivered. I went to the post office and nothing. We rent a box and have to use a key to retrieve our mail. The postal person told me that the tracking number was assigned to the wrong package. No USPS mail is delivered to our home so something went wrong before in transit somewhere. This seller was quick and communicated well and issued a prompt refund. I would rather have received the product as my husband loves these picks.
