Unlike optical sensors, it is unaffected by sunlight or dark colors, providing stable readings in an easy-to-use package with integrated transmitters and receive PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: Working Voltage: 5 VDC Static Current: Less than 2mA Output Signal: Electrical frequency signal (High 5V, Low 0V) Sensor Angle: Not more than 15 degrees Detection Distance: 2cm - 400cm (1 inch to 13 feet) Accuracy: Up to 3mm Input Trigger Signal: 10us TTL impulse Echo Signal: Output TTL PWL signal Item Size: 44mm * 20mm * 15mm Net Weight: 11g MODE OF CONNECTION: VCC: 5V DC supply input Trigger (T): Control signal input (10us TTL impulse) Echo (R): Echo signal output (duration is time from transmit to receive) Ground (GND): Ground wire OPERATION GUIDELINES: Supply the module with 5V. Trigger the ranging process by applying a 10us high-level (TTL) signal to the Trigger (T) port. The module automatically sends an output square wave through its acoustic transducer and tests for a returned signal. If a signal returns, the Echo (R) port will output a high-level signal. The duration of this high-level signal represents the time from transmission to reception.
