Let me just say, that this company has went above & beyond. I live in NY, so the product was farther away. They messaged me & kept me updated every step of the way. If I have any concerns they asked me to let them know more than once. The package came well packaged & undamaged. I was very pleased by their service. I have yet to install it in a few days. Will add photos later. If I am to run into any problems, they told me to message them. I'm so thankful for the great service I have received.
I received my package and it was damaged but with great communication and and deliberation between me and the seller we got the problem resolved. I would buy from this seller again I really feel like the damage was not the sellers fault. Initial package was temporarily lost by FedEx, so seller sent a second package via USPS. Package via USPS arrived in good condition, package from FedEx was damaged. During the whole process the seller kept me informed of what was going on even when the shippers were not updating the status. Would do business with again.
