Warranty: Suncore Industries 1 year warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase. A dated sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period. We handle all manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. Any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or replacement, however any product found to be defective after 30 days but before the warranty period has expired are only eligible for a replacement only. Replacement product does not renew the warranty period. When a product is found to be defective, Suncore Industries will cover the costs of shipping of the replacement part to the original purchaser. Warranty and UPS related claims may require authentication, but not limited to pictures, video, or shipment back to the manufacturer. Note: Do not dispose of defective parts until instructed. If the defective part is requested to be returned to the manufacturer, Suncore Industries will issue a call tag for the original purchaser to ship the product back. Definitely bright the luxurious feel of my car back. And seller is A1. Initially I only received the two front struts. Once I contacted the seller they expressed the rear set to me. Unfortunately one if the struts were defective after notifying the seller they then express shipped a second set of rear struts to me and allowed me to keep the others.. I recommend the product and the seller .. Overall great experience
Packages were left on driveway, boxes were damaged and products appeared in decent shape. Items in boxes were not secured as I expected, but price of the struts reflect on how they’re packaged. I haven’t installed them yet, but would recommend others to do more research on items from eBay. It’s 50:50 on whether I would recommend this product to others.
