Any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or replacement, however any product found to be defective after 30 days but beforethe warranty period has expired are only eligible for a replacement only. Replacement product does not renew the warranty period. When a product is found to be defective, Suncore Industries will cover the costs of shipping of the replacement part to the original purchaser. If the defective part is requested to be returned to the manufacturer, Suncore Industries will issue a call tag for the original purchaser to ship the product back. If Air Spring Bags are not replaced on time it will cause Air Suspension Compressor Failure.
