  1. While labels was correct, yarn colir was not. Even though it was manufacturer error, Seller should bear the responsibility for ensuring items shipped matches their description. One can look at picture of the yarn & see the item they rcvd & shipped didn't match. They're totally different hues & colors. My problem was even though I provided proof of discrepancy, Seller fought me on it. They went by what label said, but not by colors associated. Like a red label on a blue crayon.
