I struggled with this feedback. Item description was accurate and the cartridge works fine when installed. However, the cartridge was bought on February 7 and finally delivered on March 3 -- 24 days to arrive from California. Communication with the seller was fine and they did say that they would try to expedite the item after USPS tracking indicated that there was a problem. Hopefully, since most of the delay seems due to USPS, this sort of delay is an unusual occurrence!

I received the lite and I was having a problem so I contacted seller and we tried several fixes but none worked so seller sent me a new lite and I received it promptly I am very satisfied with the seller and give them 5 stars
