It has a single isolated SMU channel and provides a four quadrant output with integrated remote (4-line) sensing functionality. This module has five current ranges and is an ideal choice for transistor characteristic analysis. It can accurately output a constant current or voltage while scanning another current. The PXI-4130 also includes a functional channel that can provide current or voltage. Both channels of this PXI SMU can operate as constant voltage sources or constant current sources, and both modes have adjustable clamp limit values. In addition, you can enable the remote sensing function of the SMU channel to maximize the voltage output and measurement accuracy of the device under test (DUT) to meet the requirements of high-precision applications.

  2. At first we received the wrong item, a small screw terminal of some sort. We first thought this was an attempt at a scam since this has happened to others in reviews but after confronting the seller they quickly shipped the correct item which was received new in box like the description says. For new in box the cost was very good.
