This Sea Ray cushion has white with blue piping marine grade vinyl. The vinyl is soft and pliable, not dried out or faded. The backing is not rotted or broken and is in good condition. There are a few stains from normal use. Most are where it sat under the backrest cushions. It has two small holes in the top that can be seen in the pictures. The measurements of the wood backing are approximate: 33 1/2" Long inside edge point to point 39 3/4" Long outside point to point 21 1/2" Wide at Back edge 15" Wide at front 4" Thick We took this boat seat cushion out of a 1998 Sea Ray Signature 230 bow rider .
