Item as described, and shipped quickly. My cat is happy to have this bowl after breaking the one he had. I can't say enough about the packaging. Both bowls were thoroughly wrapped in bubble wrap, and the inside of the bowls and under the base were packed with bubble wrap. Packing paper and bubble wrap surrounded the items inside the box. USPS can be rough on packages, but this one would have stood up to just about anything they could dish out.
Card was in excellent condition, was shipped the day after the order, and was in a sturdy, protective cardboard envelope: good job, all around. Very nice seller who responded promptly when told the USPS had hung on to the item in Denver, CO for days, without sending it on to CA. (USPS delivered two days later, a 7 day trip from CO to CA, with 4 days of it in Denver, so reflection on the post office, not the seller.)
