Dellucky, first vice-president for the First District of the Legion's Louisiana Department, who substituted for Mrs. Melba Aquada, president of the First District. New officers are Mrs. Frank Robin president; Mrs. Charles P. Johansen, first vice-president; Mrs. Houston J. Peterson, second vice-president; Mrs. Vernon Barre Sr., secretary-treasurer; Mrs. Irving R. Sison, chaplain, and Mrs. James W. Murray, sergeant-at-arms.Photo measures 9.75 x 8inches.   1. The package arrived safe and in a timely manners. Only the blizzard held it up for a couple of days! Packaging was secure and kept the photo from being damaged. It's a very old photo with a type written note attached to it's back which is also quite old. Everything was exactly how it was described. The photo has great value to me, you can't put a price on it. The baby is my mother. To say it was a "shock" and a "surprise" to happen on the photo is an understatement! Thank you.

  3. I received the item as described. My only complaint is and it basically my fault. I bought 4 pictures at the same time separate auctions. the shipping cost was 4.99ea. Fair enough. But, they package them all together and still charged the per item shipping. It’s not a deal breaker I would still buy from them again.
